The reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase two kinds, are epoxy casting type. The core is made of high quality low loss cold rolled silicon steel sheet, which is punched and sheared by high-speed punching machine, with small burr, even rule, neat and beautiful stacking, ensuring the performance of low temperature rise and low noise when the reactor is running. The coil is epoxy casting type, inside and outside of the coil is laid with epoxy glass mesh cloth as reinforcement, and the F-class epoxy casting system is used for casting under vacuum, which not only has good insulating property, but also has good mechanical strength, and it can withstand high current impact and cold and hot impact without cracking. The epoxy casting coils do not absorb water, low partial discharge, and can be safely operated under harsh environmental conditions. The upper and lower ends of the coil adopt epoxy pads and silicone rubber anti-vibration pads, which effectively reduce the vibration of the coil during operation.
