Capacitors are integrated with three independent units, each unit is insulated with metallised polypropylene film. The special film coating design and edge reinforcement design provide the capacitor with good self-healing capability and high current suppression. Innovative vacuum filling technology ensures that the capacitors have good thermal stability and heat dissipation. When the capacitor is subjected to overvoltage or nearing the end of its service life, the internal components of the capacitor will continue to undergo a breakdown-self-healing cycle until the components are destroyed, and this process will lead to a continuous increase in the internal pressure of the capacitor. In order to prevent the capacitor case from rupturing due to the ever-increasing pressure, the capacitor has been equipped with an overpressure protection device which prevents the flow of current by releasing the internal pressure and disconnecting the connection between the end cap and the components, thus This prevents the capacitor from exploding due to dry overload or overheating. Capacitors are equipped with built-in discharge resistors, which enable the capacitor to discharge itself after being taken off the grid, ensuring personal safety.
